What You'll Do

As a Healthcare Recruiter on our team, you’ll be responsible for:

· Sourcing and qualifying candidates, ensuring they are the best healthcare professionals for the job

· Gaining the candidate’s commitment prior to the interview with the client/facility

· Scheduling and facilitating onsite/phone/virtual interviews between the client and the candidate

· Managing candidate expectations and holding them accountable to deadlines

· Maintaining all candidate information in our applicant tracking system

· Communicating a candidate’s status to various departments; those supporting through the onboarding process

· Building and maintaining a pipeline of candidates for future job opportunities

· Manage candidates while they are on assignment acting as the candidates' main point of contact at Premier

· Asking for referrals and/or recommendations

· Meeting and exceeding weekly & quarterly performance metrics

· Providing candidates, colleagues, and coworkers with the “Premier Experience”

· Be able to work full-time hours; Orientation is at the office Monday through Friday 8am to 4:30pm however flexing hours to meet the demands of your clinicians. Work-from-home/Hybrid work schedule offered once established.

· Be proficient in using computers for various tasks, including Microsoft applications such as Word, Excel, and Outlook

· Demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills

While not required, we strongly encourage applicants with previous customer service and/or sales experience to apply.
